My first time judging at this very friendly breed show. They had a large entry so I was more than pleased to help out with some side classes. My steward Sam Weatherill was a great help, it was her first time and she was great, already booked for more shows.
1ST PALMER’S CH STYPERSON SONG BIRD 32 1 25.05.2011
Striking seal tabby 1y 10 m old female, very fussy she was quite a time waster.. Even wedge with almost straight profile, balancing large wide based flared ears, with plenty of width to top of head. Oriental eyes, a lovely bright intense deep shade of blue, they were a good shape and set well. Scissor bite, good depth to chin. Clear well defined warm seal brown tabby pattern, M to forehead, cheek ribbons, whisker spots, thumb prints to ears, bracelets to legs and rings a good 1/2 way up her long tail. Cream coat with toning shading, it had a nice feel to it but was a trifle long but still lay close to body. Well proportioned body , graceful neck carriage, long lean body supported on elegant slim legs and a long tapering tail. Shown in good condition and a real character.
2ND DAVIES CH BURNWAITES SCARLET FEVER 32a
Quality red point female just over 2 years old. Even balanced wedge, almost straight profile, correct bite and fair chin. Well positioned large flared ears which followed the lines of her wedge. Very expressive oriental set and shaped mid blue eyes. Bright reddish gold points, contrasting well with a virtually clear warm white body coat. It was quite close lying , fine textured with a good gloss. Well toned and good length to body, supported on long slim legs and a long whip tail to balance. Good show presentation.
3RD CALLOWAY SIAMAZING SUMMER MAGIC 32/1
A lovely seal tabby female only just 9 months old but didn’t look out of place with the big girls. Good balanced head carried on elegant neck. Even wedge , almost straight profile. Large balancing flared ears positioned well. Correct bite chin could have been a little stronger. Beautiful expressive deep blue oriental eyes. Seal brown tabby to mask, clear M to forehead, cheek ribbons, spots to whisker pads and thumb prints to ears. Bracelets to all legs and ring a good half way down her tail. Some shading to short coat , it did tone and there was contrast. Slightly build, lean body, slim legs and a whip tail. Just lost out to the other two females on maturity.

A beautiful caramel point female a coming up to 3 years old and definitely in her prime. She held her regal head so proud displaying a long elegant neck and showing off her lovely straight profile. Good width between large wide based flared ears which balanced her long wedge. Deep blue expressive oriental set and shaped eyes, level bite and strength to chin. Long lean body supported on slender limbs and a long tapering tail. Lilac based caramel points, a little shading to off white coat which was short, fine textured and close lying against body. She was in excellent condition and presented herself very well. Congratulations on best in show a worthy winner. 2nd year running.
2ND LAW FLUTTERBY RICOCHET 24a
Very confident blue point male just over a year old. Good strong head, carried on graceful neck, even wedge almost straight profile. Large well positioned flared ears following the lines of his wedge. Bright deep blue eyes oriental set and shaped eyes which had a lovely expression. Correct bite with depth to chin. Cool mid blue matching points, some toning shading to glacial white body coat. It was quite short, fine texture and lying close to body. Strong muscular frame, lean long body supported on slim tall legs with neat round paws and a long tapering whip tail. He showed himself off very well , he knew he was a lovely example of a blue point ,one of the best I have seen.
3RD DENHOLM CH ADNIOAM MEESHA MERRIMKO 32b8
Mature caramel tortie point nearly 4 years old. Short wedge with almost straight profile. Moderately large flared ears which she was inclined to hold a little proud at times. Med blue oriental eyes , they did look a little full but settled down when she relaxed. Level bite chin falls away just slightly. All points broken with shades of apricot, a little toning shading , coat was a good texture. Heavy girl a little wide around middle , must likes her food . Easy to handle and well shown.

Very handsome red point male, he was only 4 months old ,so well grown. Good typed head, long even wedge, almost straight profile . Width to top of head, well set large flared wide based ears. Correct bite and depth to chin. Bright blue expressive eyes. Colour on points developing well considering his age, reddish gold mask, ears and tail with legs a shade paler. Virtually clear warm white body coat, close lying, fine texture with a health gloss. Strong build, very good weight, long lean body, slim legs, small neat paws long tapering tail. A very happy kitten, congratulations on BIS Siamese kitten.

A cheeky little kitten desperately trying to escape through the bars of her pen. Bonny young chocolate point female just 4 months old. Lovely type good length to wedge, almost straight profile. Large flared wide based ears with plenty of width to top of head. Oriental set and shaped eyes of mid blue would have liked them a little deeper blue. Correct bite with some depth to chin. Warm true shade of milk chocolate to her mask, ears and tail , leg colour developing well ,just a little paler at the present. Virtually clear ivory body coat, quite short and a fine texture. Small built female but she was heavier than she looked. Lean body, slim legs small neat oval paws and whip tail in proportion. Lovely temperament and well shown.
3RD PEARSON BURNTHWAITES ALL-THAT-JAZZ 32a
Another attractive red point male nearly 8 months old. Good head, long even wedge, slight dip and bump to profile. Wide set large flared ears, following the lines of his wedge. Expressive mid blue oriental eyes, correct bite chin falls away slightly. Points colour developing well a bright gold/ red. Lean body , slim tall legs ,neat paws and a long whip tail. Not a big chap would like him to be bigger at this age , hope he is down for a growth spurt soon.

Good stylish caramel point neuter just over a year old. I judged him quite a while ago as a young kitten and I am pleased to see he has fulfil his promise. A confident fellow, long wedge with a tiny pinch to muzzle, almost straight profile. Good wide top of head with well positioned wide based ears. Lovely expressive bright blue oriental eyes. Correct bite and fair chin. Sluggy brown matching points just a little shading to his off white coat, it was a fine texture with a gloss and was lying close to body. Well built chap, length to body, supported on slim legs neat oval paws and a tapering whip tail. My Congratulations on BIS Siamese neuter.
2ND GREEN SIMPLISMITTEN SPIRIDION 32/10
A mature 4 year old apricot tabby point male. Longish wedge with slight dip to profile. Large balancing flared ears. Bright mid blue oriental eyes, well shaped and set. Correct bite and depth to chin. Clear tabby pattern to all points, a warm shade of apricot, creamy white body coat. It was a trifle long but a fine texture and was close lying. He is a large long male, good neck carriage, long slim legs and a whip tail. Well shown and loving his day out.

Handsome one year 7 months old caramel tabby point male. Masculine head carried on elegant neck. Almost straight profile with good width to top of head. Moderately large flared ears, which he did tend to hold a little upright. They could have been larger to balance his fairly long wedge. Level bite with more strength needed to chin. Oriental shaped and set eyes medium shade of blue with an alert expression. Sludgy brownish grey tabby markings M to forehead with faint eye lines and thumb prints to ears. Faint bracelets to long slim legs and some visible rings on tail which just needed a little more length. Very little shading to off white coat, which was short and lying close to body. Muscular body ,very good weight and condition.

A lovely bright chocolate tortie smoke 3y 4m old. Feminine head carried on elegant neck, moderately long even wedge with almost straight profile. Wide top of head, nicely placed large flared ears. oriental shaped and set bright green eyes. Acceptable scissor bite chin could have been a little stronger. Warm chocolate well broken with shades of red, silver contrast just starting to come in at roots. Well broken face, with mingled ears. Body, legs and tail all showing good intermingling. Sleek short coat showing a gloss. Good build. Lean long body, slim legs neat round paws and tail tapered and was just about long enough.
2ND CASSAR SIMMONDS UK IMP GRCH FIORDILISO INFIDELITY 29 15.01.09
Handsome 4 year old Havana male. Large strong masculine head, moderately long wedge, almost straight profile. Well positioned large flared wide based ears, which balanced his wedge. Pale green oriental eyes, would have liked them wider set .This was made more noticeable as his nose was quite narrow at the bridge. Correct bite and depth to chin. Warm dark chestnut brown coat even in tone just slightly paler at roots, a little long and didn’t lie close to body, some faint barring on legs. He was a reasonable weight but his back bone was prominent. Long muscular body, good neck carriage, slim tall legs and a long whippy tail. Not in show condition, a working stud. I know from experience now difficult it is to show a working stud.

An attractive lilac female , moderately long wedge, slight dip to profile and a little pinch to muzzle. Broad top of head with width between large flared ears, which she did have a tendency to hold slightly proud. Correct bite chin does fall away slightly. Bright yellowy/green eyes at first rather fall but they did settle into a better shape when she relaxed. Quite short coat ,a mid shade of grey, lacking pink tones which would have given it some warmth. It was fairly sound and lie well just a few stray white hairs. Muscular long frame, good neck carriage, slim elegant legs and a tapering tail. Well shown and in good show condition.

An extremely handsome blue spotted tabby male just a year old. Well formed head, strong even wedge, almost straight profile. Large wide based ears, correct bite and depth to chin. The most beautiful emerald green eyes, oriental set and shaped. Mid blue markings with warm medium beige ground colour to sleek coat which was close lying and quite sound. Clear head markings M to forehead, check ribbons, spotty whisker pads and thumb prints to ears. Broken and unbroken necklaces, broken spine lines, some linkage to spots, bracelets to legs and rings to tail. Strong muscular build, long lean body,
elegant neck carriage, tall slender legs and whip like tail. So easy to handle , he just posed very confidently showing himself off, a true show cat.
2ND HOLDSWORTH DIAMANTES VERDES DIRTY DANCER 48 38 30.06.12
A very handsome bicolour spotted tabby and white. Hard to believe he was just days over 9 months old, such a well grown boy. Very good balanced head type, even strong wedge, with large flared ears which complimented his wedge. Correct bite and depth to chin. Well prepared coat just about one third white to tabby. Just a little shy but easy to handle.

Another lovely tabby a classic silver caramel male just a year old. Good type .strong even wedge, very slight pinch to muzzle. Wide top with large flared wide based ears complimenting his wedge. Good eye shape and set, bright green but not as vivid as SouljaBoy. Level bite and ample chin. Clear tabby pattern to head, M to forehead, clear eye ribbons, spotty whisker pads and thumb prints to ears. Broken and unbroken necklaces, spine lines breaking, diffused butterfly and oysters, bracelets to legs and rings to tail. Brownish grey markings silver beige ground colour, sleek coat ,quite short and lying close.

A delightful confident black 5 month old male kitten. Good shaped head with long even wedge , a slight bump to profile. Good width between large wide based ears following the lines of his wedge. Just a little teething pinch to muzzle. Acceptable scissor bite ,chin just falls away a fraction. Bright alert green oriental shaped eyes sloping towards his nose . Sleek short coat, dense jet black with a very deep shine , sound to roots, a few stray white hairs to chest.. Elegant lean long body, graceful neck, slim long legs with small neat paws and a long whippy tail to balance.
